    Hey is anyone else having trouble with AI teammates making bad passes (weak so you can't get it, ignores you open, and just passes behind where you were going) and if you are a winger on a powerplay behind the left-winger with no right-winger near board side the AI won't go to get the puck so it is an instant loss for a face-off if you don't get it yourself. I am just annoyed with Be a Pro this year, last year it was way better.

    Be a Pro: Team Play Grade

    Looking for help improving my Team Play in Be A Pro. I just got demoted to the 4th line and I think it's because I never teach my team play goal. Any advice? I'm trying to avoid penalties, do short shifts, hit people, and pass as much as possible. Should I try fighting more often?

    This goes for NHL 19 and 20 because they are pretty much the same game.

    Is it 25 years just like franchise mode? Anything happen at the end?

    What was your highest OVR? And did it drop as you got older? Did your potential ever go up or down?

    What interesting milestone cutscenes or commentary have you got? (Ive seen one for 1000 games played for other player, first goal, ect..)

    What was your longest contract out of your ELC?

    Anything else interesting go down during your career?

    How to play with a player I brought in the auction

    I am brand new to EA NHL and started playing ultimate team. I went on the auction and brought my first card, its a goalkeeper and I want to put him in my team but when I go to my lineup or my team I can't see the player. I can only see him in my collection. I don't really know what a collection is and just want to play with that player.

    Is there maybe some sliders I can change for online because my players consistently pass it away from who I tell them to pass to. I shouldn't have to be 100% pixel perfect to make an easy pass to a player a few feet up the ice. It's just not fun. Shots go to the opposite side of the net from where I'm aiming, goalies have a .300 save percentage. Nothing about this game is fun and I'm glad I'm trading it in for Halo MCC today.

    Started a Sharks franchise mode after installing the patch and you can no longer change player position from D to FWD.

    So before this patch you could change your forwards to defence or you could change your defence to forwards. I started a Sharks franchise mode, got a few weeks in and wasn't really feeling the defensive pairings I had rolling and was feeling pretty thin in my top 6, so I decided I'd move Burns to be a RW PWF. Go into edit player, choose Burns, and now it seems like you can't change him from D to FWD but can only change his defensive type.

    So I changed him to OFD, played him on my 1RW position with Kane and Couture anyway, and now he's won 3 James Norris trophies in a row even though he hasn't spent a single minute playing defence lol.

    Help us understand EASHL

    Been playing EASHL since NHL 16, with my mates.

    We only play 3v3, 2 forwards, 1 goalie.

    And we always seem to lose due to our bots (yeah I know, sounds like bullshit, but it is true)Our bot, always loses the puck in bad spots (and when they are in a tight spot; never does anything to solve it besides running in to the other teams players), always pokes players to give away a penalty, has terrible positioning and ALWAYS pushes up and doesn't listen to the tactic that we feed to him etc.. etc.. etc..

    On the other side of the pitch, the opponents bot does everything perfectly, never gives away a bad penalty, makes the big tackles etc.

    What are we doing wrong?

    And also, we seem to face up against players who are: Faster, bigger, stronger and hard hitters, what is the meta-class atm?

    New Dev Team Please. This Job is Way too Hard for this Group.

    Thanks to the new patch, the offline gameplay is absolutely miserable. Due to this development team's staggering level of incompetence, they failed to realize that globally modifying human pivoting levels while simultaneously failing to modify computer super boosted pivoting, acceleration, lack of fatigue effects, etc for the 14th straight year will have huge ripple effects on the offline community.

    Fortunately for Ben and his staff, they literally do not care one single bit about the offline crowd, nor do they have even a remote ounce of foresight to see the possible negative effects this patch would have. This allows them the ability to irrationally push out under the hood patches that will inevitably destroy any offline slider set that was tuned and perfected prior to the patch.

    I have defended this game from 19, at least the offline experience, as I've found ways to get a lot of enjoyment out of my offline NHL experience. The LT meta was not a factor in my game thanks to the readily available sliders that come with the game. I had perfected my NHL 20 sliders and was loving every second of it. Now that the patch has come, I haven't enjoyed the game to the same extent. I'm going to have to put numerous hours into tuning this embarrassment of a game back into something I enjoy, all because this development team can't figure out how to use their own sliders they give every user access to.

    Thanks for not even remotely attempting to solve this issue via tuner sets, Ben. Thank you for absolutely destroying my offline slider set. I love the fact that I now can't enjoy the game I purchased, because you've decided to patch to a completely different game 3 months after release. I honestly don't understand how you have a job. You have absolutely no foresight or creative problem-solving skills. I'm honestly embarrassed for you and your whole staff as this generation has turned the EA NHL series into one of the biggest AAA dumpster fires offered.

    Okay.. serious talk here boyzz and girlzz. EASHL 3x3 ice tilt. Up by 5 going into the 3rd and boom! 6 unanswered geno's and goodnight. Slater turned his jets into an inferno and King/Lockhart stood on the barn. Smh.. Anyone seeing this?

    Why are we limited to only one power play song? Win song, sure, goal song, again most teams only use one for each, but power play? How hard would it be to pick 3 or 4 and let the game cycle through them?
