    So my friend and I had a 1gb update this morning, played our first game and lo and behold it's Snoop Dogg on commentary! Has anyone else experienced this yet? Perhaps with a different guest on commentary?

    I was just reading the patch notes for the update and saw that they mentioned new celebrations? I wasn't able to check since I'm away from home but if they did add new ones how many did they add?

    There's still a glitch where your goalie can't cover the puck in EASHL, your player loses the handle on the penalty shot before he even gets to skate, and there's problems still in gameplay.

    But thank god snoop dog was added to HUT lol. I don't even mind the audio so much. It's just the fact that they decided that had to be added first of all. At least idk, I've never seen it before if anyone else has? The audio repeated in the first 2 minutes of the game, and his massive graphic showed up in the slot.

    Also for the love of god this is not a race thing. I think it's cool that he's into hockey and it's good to grow the game. I'm just baffled that this is what's added first when we've still got other issues.

    Skating is no where close to other modes in World Of Chel

    Even the animations are terrible in World of chel, you can't play positionally at all, your player skates in huge radius's. The movement of the legs are overkill and look very different then gameplay on any other mode

    Franchise mode - is potential and rating connected somehow? For example elite player reaching 85-89 or something like that?

    game feels sluggish, backskate wont work and you can idle defend just by standing center of own half.

    Eashl Error

    A buddy and I were playing 3v3 and it would randomly freeze and kick him back to the lobby causing us to lose the game. His internet never lagged during the game but would just kick him. Anyone have this same experience? Is it just the servers being shit?

    The "Ten year bug"

    Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it's been happening forever, I've never ever wanted it to happen so every time it does (once or twice per game) I groan and say "Ah the 10 year bug!"

    It's when I call for a pass a split second after an AI teammate has just decided to pass to me. So instead of receiving the pass, it changes my call-pass press into a "pass when I get the puck" command, and my guy uselessly dumps it off in some random direction.

    Hate, hate, hate this bug (or feature). If it's a bug, please please fix it, ten years is enough pain! If it's a feature, I don't want it: give me an option to turn it off.

    So I tried both undrafted and drafted 2019, put my date of birth so I was 18 (April 2001), and put myself in an OHL/European team... And I still can't draft him in 2019 with my created expansion team in franchise mode. Any tips?

    What's with the AI just standing still and shaking?

    Anybody else experiencing this? NHL 20 in all offline modes. Puck will be making its way passed an AI teammate and instead of going towards the puck they just stand in one spot convulsing. It's pretty fucking funny, also makes me want to uninstall though

    NHL 2020 Faceoffs (vs AI)

    Many have noted how faceoffs are much harder to win in 2020, even though the gameplay seems unchanged. Is it though?

    I seem to have been much more successful recently with, for me, a new technique. With the left stick, I very precisely aim at the teammate I want to draw the puck back too. Lower left for a normal pull back, lower right for forward-pullback. Or for defensive zone, aiming just very slightly off center at the guy standing almost (but not quite) directly behind me.

    Been doing this for half a dozen games and it seems to help a lot. Can anyone else try, and see if it works for you? Also, any other tips for 2020 faceoffs specifically that have worked for you?

    Has this series ever had “celebration” lighting?

    Lights down or off for pre-game skate around? Pre-game skate cutscenes are always bright light.

    Lights dim and spotlight or colored lights following the scorer after goals?

    If not, why? Lack of effort/caring?

    BAP ongoing glitch

    For the last few years, whenever you play as a LW the lineup glitches. For some reason the coach auto sets it to where either the 2nd or 1st Line C is replaced by a winger. For instance, I started a BAP LW with the flames and they placed Tkachuk at first line center. For some reason I've never seen anyone complain and it seems like an easy fix in a patch update.
