| Why did EA remove the ability to play a Franchise with leagues other then the NHL exactly? Posted: 09 Feb 2020 12:34 PM PST I remember back in 2011 getting my first NHL game, NHL 12, booting up the game and seeing a few European leagues (sadly these are mostly gone now and even then my British League wasn't represented). I remember booting up a Franchise, selecting a team in what I believe was Russia and playing Franchise with them. Fast forward 9 years and they've removed these leagues and replaced them with the bloody Champions Hockey League, only has the teams that qualified and it's an afterthought of a mode with now real playability once you've played it once. The International Ice Hockey Championship is gone too (the only place I could even use a British team) and replaced with some unlicensed version of it with less then half the teams we had before. I don't understand why a company like EA would give up these licenses, make the ability to play these leagues lesser and take franchise mode backwards. It makes absolutely zero sense whatsoever! | Why do people glorify CR in WOC? Posted: 08 Feb 2020 05:13 PM PST It only tells that you play with a good or a bad squad. Is there something that I'm missing because it sure seems that a lot of guys determine your skill level based on your CR. I haven't had any problems playing with 400cr dudes for example and have run into 1000cr guys that are impossible to play with. [link] [comments] |
