    NHL Season Mode & Playoff Mode for Suspended Season

    Is there an easy way to set up a season with the current standing and play it out with your favourite team? If not I think it would be kinda fun if EA made that a game mode. Atleast play some virtual NHL for something to do.

    Anyone know how to set it up right now? Just picked up NHL20 recently.

    Need some offline NHL advice

    Okay so I'm not super noob, I've been playing NHL legacy offline matches with my buddies on my Xbox 360 ever since it came out.

    I want to purchase an NHL for my Xbox one, something I can play at home by myself, offline. Playing some sort of campaign mode would be cool, however I've been hearing so many negative reviews about all the new NHLs I have no idea what's good and what's not.

    For what I'm after, which NHL should I get? Thanks in advance

    3v3 EASHL League or Tournament

    Hey does anybody know of any tournament or leagues for 3v3 EASHL. After winning the title in D1, the game has lost a little bit of interest from my group. We are around 850-1000 CR. Also if anyone of similar ranking wants to set up a series, I think that would be a lot of fun and more competitive than just playing ranked matches.

    I'm on my third season on be a pro mode. we lost Sasha, Dadanov, Frank, Vincent, stralman, and Hoffman in the same off-season. We picked up 36 year old Phill Kessel. 🙄

    Sasha went to the Bruins which hurts the most.

    Cap Space Issue. Can anyone help? I have 21 million dollars in the cap space but the max i can offer is 11.9. the max i can give someone is around 13 because there are other guys higher than this. can someone help me out?

    I used to use zone when I played on my monitor and was super close to the screen. I like being able to see the defence while in the offensive zone. Now that I play on my tv and sit farther away it's tough to see the puck and plays form. I'm wondering if there is a camera angle that is way better. I've tried dynamic high, zone, ice, and classic and none have given me the same feeling I had.

    Question about leveling in CHEL

    What's the fastest way? I found now that I have prestiged each level takes awhile. I have seen many people say pro am but I have beat them all. Is there a way to reset it or something ? When I play now I get 0 xp

    The two biggest needs for this game going forward:

    1) Player Tendencies:

    How on earth is this not a thing yet? Every single player plays the same. If you slap Ovechkin at C or Crosby on LW, they still play the same way but just have different stats. Sure, Crosby will make more passes but Ovi will attempt the exact same passes. Ovi will score more goals but Crosby will take the same shots Ovi does.

    There should be sliders to allow players to carry the puck more aggressively in to good zones, or allow players to typically like to open themselves up for one-timers. Backhand shot frequency, frequency of trying to beat your defender with a deke vs skating around them. It opens up so much room to give players perks and traits in franchise mode because it will actually be a point of their game that they lean on. One-Time Wonder for Ovi would be great if he actually hunted for the same one-timer opportunities in-game as he does IRL.

    Realistically, we should be able to make a Prime Karlsson-type player that loves to carry the puck from the back end or a guy like Matthews that loves to rip wristers from the slot.

    Make player AI smarter by giving us player tendencies. If McDavid is coming in on a slow defender, why on earth does he pass out of the play or dump it in? He should be killing that guy with his speed every single time.

    2) Animation Packages:

    There's no reason why danglers and enforcers should have the same core moves with the only difference being the quickness and ability to do them. In NBA 2K, you have certain ball handling packages available to you at certain ball handling attribute levels. You should be able to equip certain deke packages and have some variability in what you see online. Maybe a package with quick moves that let you change direction quickly in crowded areas (Crosby) and one with wider moves to create space in 1-on-1 situations (McDavid). There are definitely more players you can take from and create packages based on their dekes, but I'm not the one making millions so I'll leave that up to EA.

    The biggest thing we've seen in this category over the last 25 years is the slapshot animation thing they added this year, that has zero effect on the slapshot. Purely aesthetic and barely noticeable.

    When you see Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby, Nate MacKinnon or Jack Eichel on the ice, they look different from everyone else. They have different skating forms. They handle the puck differently and they play at different speeds through the neutral zone. They like to take the puck to different areas in the offensive zone and they excel at different aspects of the game from those areas. Everyone in EA NHL looks the same and this game will be a joke compared to NBA 2K and all other sports games until you give some respect to what makes hockey fun to play and watch.
