I used analytics to change player overalls in NHL 20. Here are the results Posted: 25 Jun 2020 11:38 AM PDT I work in hockey analytics and, with the downtime of the past few months due to the NHL stoppage, I decided to use the data we usually provide to NHL teams to work on a personal project: to make new player overalls in NHL 20. I wanted to reflect real-life more accurately and avoid some of the weird attributes we see in the game, like Patrick Kane and Duncan Keith having the same 90 Speed. I also wanted to make each player more unique instead of good player = good at everything, bad player = bad at everything. How do you beat these Threes teams with 3 huge enforcers? Posted: 24 Jun 2020 11:21 PM PDT They are so good. Almost as fast as all of us. Can't go anywhere near them or you are dead for 15 seconds. Franchise salary cap trade issue nhl19 Posted: 24 Jun 2020 05:15 PM PDT Ok so I'm sure someone else has experienced this and I want to know if there's an answer as to why this is set up this way. I'm trying to make a trade with a team that is apparently already under the cap floor. When I set up the trade how i want they're Cap hit rises by like 200k and yet somehow, because they started under the cap floor, it's now my problem because the trade won't go through. So I'm wondering why is the game like this cause I've never heard of that being a thing in the NHL but maybe I'm an idiot. Also, is this still an issue in 20?
