But I lose points when my own Dman rifles it into our own net? For fucks sake dude. This shit is really so miserable I might just restart as a skater.

Edit: a few minutes later the same thing happened to the opposing CPU goalie. We can hang out at the bar after the game and talk shit about our teammates.

All I hope for EA NHL 22 BAP is they increase starting stats and make the intro video skippable

Unless they add back minors... It's not cool leaving the memorial cup at 69 OVR and being expected to be on the first line and win the Calder.

In Franchise mode 78 is basically the minimum for being in the NHL... Having that long intro where they hype you up as the best prospective ever and shit, but give you 3rd line AHL stats...

Its like they need a bunch of voice lines, they already have a bunch of them asking or debating about whether you'll make the team, just have those play at the end of each AHL season and none during until you can move up...

Now apart of me wonders if they were actually going to have the minors but gave ran out of time to fix a bunch of voice lines popping up when they weren't supposed to and just cut it at the last minute...

But seriously, I'm not expecting much for the next game so all I hope is they at least add a skip button and make it so I'm not going to be on the first line at like 72 OVR... Ruins the immersion lol

Gm sim franchise noob looking for help.

    Posted: 20 Jul 2021 06:30 PM PDT

So ive done alot of sim madden franchises n im pretty decent at them. I havent touched an nhl game since nhl 14. I picked up nhl 20 n i noticed the develop for players and other stuff is way different. How should i develop young guys who are lower overalls n like 18 years. For example i have a 21 year old center at 75 ovr and top 4 forward i think was his potential. Should i leave him on the second line in the ahl or bring him up to the nhl. Also what happens if i dont sign my guys i drafted?. Sorry long post but thanks for any tips
