    AI resigning contracts based on performance and not stats?

    My first season I had a rookie at 74 overall play with the first line just to see if I could develop him into something. Originally he was an "elite" but soon became just a Top 4 forward. I kept him anyway, and 60 points later he had developed into an 81 overall player, but was now a Top 6 (med). Was kind of uninterested in him then, but I thought I would resign him for the 4th line at least next season.... But his asking price was 7.5 million for 7 years, LOL, what the hell?

    Is this a bug? or did I break the game by forcing a mundane player to ride on the coattails of his 1st line wingmates? A bunch of 4th liners of mine that had 40-50 point seasons also wanted 6 million/year contracts as well. I released them all to free agency to be rid of them.

    Here is the crazy part....they all resigned with other teams and those teams paid what the players wanted. What? So by trying to play the game I screwed over a number of teams because the teams signed these low end players to insane contracts based on performance rather than actual stats.

    Well, lesson learned, gonna focus on only Elite High prospects and ignore the rest. Maybe ignore the whole draft entirely, since it seems easier to just trade draft picks for new prospects after the draft is over.

    Franchise Draft Class Question…

    Buddy and I created our own expansion franchises at the same time… during the first entry draft I can pick real players like Laffy, Byfield, Stuzle etc. But my buddy only has game-generated players available. Obviously he would prefer to have the real draft class… what does he have to do?

    EA CHEL help

    I don't understand the modes at all. I play 3v3 with my friends and there's no division? It says we're in Division 10 but there's no ladder after a game. How do I improve my player stats too. I know they are traits too which I have applied.

    NHL 21 Created Teams

    So I created a team in the creation zone and then I started an expansion draft franchise mode using that team but realized I had the wrong rosters. I went to start a new one but then my created team was gone. Is there anyway I could use the team again without having to remake it?

    Goalie bug/glitch?

    I play CHEL maybe once or twice a week now, it's so boring playing over 2 prestiges in the exact same location every friggin game. Yes, last yr was like this too and it was embarrassing for EA to do it again but here we are.

    So I joined in a game last night. 6v6, I thought "oh nice a full room". Wrong. Not nice. Opposing team goalie is sliding to center court then teleporting back to his net in an instant occasionally drawing a penalty to his team.

    WTF is with EA? I know they don't care about the customers as shown by the cut and paste job theyve sold us for 3 years now. But gimme a break. This totally ruins CHEL and I know it's gonna take a month before EA fixes it all the while hyping this yrs new $60 roster update full of promises and features that they will never fulfill. As usual.

    How To Unlock Jersey Logo in EASHL?

    That's it...

    At club level 11 yet, and still haven't unlocked. It says that it's unlocked through challenges rewards, but i have yet to see a challenge that rewards jersey logos. Any clue on how to unlock jersey logos?
