    What changes would you make to your team's players' & prospects' potential?

    Starting up one last Franchise Mode for NHL 20 and looking for community help on accurate potential ratings. Here is how I've edited potentials for Leafs players and prospects (the team I follow the closest). I've tried to err on the conservative side. Next to potential, + means high; - means low. In the change column, it indicates if it's an increase or decrease. Feel free to use your own template.

    Cover Concept for NHL 21 That I Made

    Why isn’t LTIR available in franchise mode?

    In real life teams close to the cap ceiling have LTIR available when injuries occur. In NHL 20 and many games prior if you're close to the ceiling you're quite screwed if you get an injury plagued season. It's good if you have barely any injuries but if one comes up you can't call anyone up and have to rely on your spares. It's quite frustrating when I have to put 2 defencemen on forward because I can't call up any forwards. It's also frustrating when I have 14 forwards and 4 defencemen because I can't call up any defencemen.
