Posted: 08 Nov 2020 07:10 AM PST The conversations were cool for the first hour or so until you cant play or sim for more than 2 minutes without that same player/coach/agent/reporter asking you to get a point. Im in my 5th season. 373 GP: 240 G 187 A and all I get each free agency is the same screen I've been seeing since NHL 16 with a 2 year offer from my team and another from a random team. I really had my hopes high for this game but I shouldn't let myself get disappointed as EA NHL is one of the laziest companies in terms of creativity. Why should I have to pay the full $100 price on release when about 2/3 of the game is copy and pasted each year? [link] [comments] |

Put up decent numbers in the AHL and got called up for about five games putting up 3 points in five games. Then got sent down again. Haven't been called up for the rest of the season. | Posted: 08 Nov 2020 11:03 AM PST NHL 2003 behind the scenes of production not defending EA's garbage, but it's cool to look at how the foundation of this game is developed. not sure how many people now work on these titles, but it's quite showing that not much energy anymore is put into these games year after year. the changes they've made are minimal up to a month of full work to complete... they should be fucking updates, not marketed as entire new games. but watching this does make you appreciate playing a game that you most likely couldn't code. Whenever I try to play online I get a prompt saying my "EA Account login credentials are expired." I've tried a few different times to reset my EA Account but unfortunately I can't even remember what email I used to create the account. I've seen online that a few others have had this issue but I haven't able to find an answer. Is there a way to recover my EA Account? PLEASE HELP. | Goalie BAP is an absolute joke Posted: 07 Nov 2020 12:42 PM PST I don't understand how people do this without simming every single game as a goalie. Mainly because coach and media expectations are nearly impossible. They want me as first star every time. The reason it's nearly impossible is because this is hockey. I have all the sliders in favour of the goalie and aggression as high as I can get it and I put it in pro. Yet I'm still stuck watching my team pump 20 shots a period at the other teams goalie then the off chance the other team gets the puck the Defense just lets them get a breakaway for no reason and they pull off a deke where the mechanics of the game make it nearly impossible to save. When I do click save changes it gives me a Failed to Retrieve data; ERROR CODE: D238AA3C9CC86482-0000000000009999-7DC59489456022436. Changing strategies freezes the system. I have rebooted both the modem and ps4 many times. I have reinstalled 5 times. Rebuilt the data base twice. Even reinstalled the system update again. Nothing seems to fix this problem. | What separates the great players and what am I doing wrong? Posted: 07 Nov 2020 07:29 PM PST I play only online versus, so this would apply to that. I just wonder what makes the best players so good? Are they real good with the dekes? is patience a huge benefit? Does messing with the in-game strategies help a lot or not much? I feel like these are 3 things I need to work on. I just feel like I'm capable of being decent, but hit a wall. I had no problem getting to a rating of just shy of 600, which seems decent as the top 150 played on PS4 are around >700. Recently I've someway lost 6 of 8, plus prior 10 games was like 5-5. I constantly feel like I'm outplaying my opponents, too, easily out shooting and losing. It's driving me nuts. [link] [comments] |
