So for the last 3-4 NHLs including 21 now my brother and I for some reason can't play online together. If one of us is playing NHL 21 it says there are network issues and we can't connect to EA servers. I have no issue connecting to anyone else, EVER. We both have active gold accounts and can play any other games with no issue. We share a license for the game with home sharing on Xbox but I don't believe that is the issue as we share multiple games and are always welcome able to play them together or separately online with no issue. Has anyone here dealt with a similar issue who may be able to help? I've been looking all over for solutions and have had no luck. I just want to beat my brother at virtual hockey again. | Posted: 24 Dec 2020 02:32 AM PST These goobers at EA actually removed CHL/AHL.... in BAP. They somehow managed to make it worse. Thank God I didn't buy this crap. They had already removed the ability to even see whats going on in the NHL while in the CHL to begin with the past couple years.... now theyre trying to do some forced plot "story" like MLB the Show is starting to do? Someone is being paid at EA a lot of cash to do a shit job. I guess they don't realize a LOT of players are in AHL/CHL towns and enjoy that experience, huh? They somehow made their career mode the worst in the four main sports game franchises, that was after the garbage presentation change to some arcadey PS2-tier material last year that ruined immersion. I just can't see any justification getting it unless you're obsessed with EASHL. (Faceoff glitch is back btw I see). [link] [comments] |

Ive got a lot of problem with this game, most of which I am still ready to chalk up to my being bad at it. My biggest question rn is about replays between whistles and after goals. Is relevant footage ever shown? I'm seeing nothing plays after three odd man rushes and crazy glove saves. Worse than that, I'm getting players floating around jawing and lining up for the next faceoff ~75% of the time. Or they are teleporting around and sliding off one another. The more posts I read the more I realize how botched this game was. Did I pick a bad year to come back? [link] [comments] |

| BAP Slider Question (Want Lower Scoring) Posted: 23 Dec 2020 04:32 PM PST Hey guys, I am having troubles with the BAP and the sliders. I've used a set I found on operation sports (SuperGoalies to be exact, and if he is on here thank you!). I'm a defenseman on the Kings and am generally enjoying the gameplay. I still think these games are just 80$ roster updates but I bought it on Black Friday so whatever. Anyways, I'm noticing that the scoring is insanely high. We sit mid pack in the standings and lead the league in goals for and goals against. Most games are like 6-5 or 8-7 or in that ball park. I've had ONE 4-3 game. Basically, I want lower scoring on both sides. I've tried raising the goalie sliders but that doesn't seem to do a damn thing. Even making shot accuracy lower there are still 50ish shots a game a side. I've been tweaking with the slider set and just can't find anything that works. I'm hoping one of my fellow Redditor's has an idea for a solution for me or some other slider or thing I can change that I haven't thought of. Thanks a lot guys! [link] [comments] |
