Holding B or X brings up some kind of ingame play menu in hybrid stick Posted: 25 Dec 2020 11:59 AM PST Hi so basically title^ Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Makes it extremely annoying to shoot. My friend doesn't have this issue and he also plays hybrid. (This is NHL20) [link] [comments] |

Redirect/tip-in shots no longer ever work... Posted: 25 Dec 2020 06:23 AM PST I found one of the few shining point of this game was how good the redirected shots could be for scoring goals and they looked realistic. Seeing one every game or 2 was pretty par for hockey and it was nice to have something other than cross crease over and over. Now, probably since the last update, I haven't seen one of these go in for like 30+ games. Am I crazy, or did they used to go in and now they are basically there for show? Because the goalie seems to react and save them every time now. It's kind of annoying, I was having fun and success playing the point and now it seems completely pointless. Of course, it wouldn't surprise me at all if EA managed to nerf these shots, yet did nothing to fix how 90% of the goals are cross-crease one-timers, which is about as unrealistic as can be and gets lame real quick in a 7-6 game where it's trading one timer goals that AI continuously stands and stare at as they go through the crease. Another year, another bad experience as a goalie in Be a Pro Posted: 24 Dec 2020 02:54 PM PST It's the same shit, too; low shots against, bad stats off the bat making you a total sieve, and this year it seems that being sent down isn't an option? How do I make this experience better? [link] [comments] |
Is it possible to score with a shot in Online Versus? Posted: 24 Dec 2020 01:30 PM PST Hi. I'm just wondering if it's actually possible to score with a wrist shot or shot in stride? Or is it only back door to score. Confused. [link] [comments] |
9 Game Rookie Trial - Franchise Mode Posted: 24 Dec 2020 05:54 PM PST Why does the coach leave it up to you, the GM, to make sure your highly touted rookie gets minutes? You're the gd coach...put him in yourself! [link] [comments] |

Posted: 24 Dec 2020 01:23 PM PST Disclaimer. Could just be that I'm not very good. Anyone else find shooting in stride to be soft in this game? I play franchise mode v cpu, on all star.... just find no matter who I'm using as a player any shot off the rush, in stride is a muffin. Sniping almost impossible it seems... unless I'm missing out on something, a better way to shoot with more power, or accurately. Don't recall this in previous games. Yes I use manual shot aim [link] [comments] |
How do I make passes that aren't weak? Posted: 24 Dec 2020 01:13 PM PST Call me a noob, but I find it rather hard to make a pass without the game yelling at me for "WeAK PasSEs". I dont get what's weak about completing a perfect pass across the rink through traffic. Is there a way to make passes that aren't considered weak by the game? [link] [comments] |
