Posted: 08 Jan 2021 10:15 AM PST Look I understand and get the argument that hockey isn't the most popular sport. I get that there is a reason why money and resources are prioritized to other video game titles. However, look back at NHL 14. They were able to create a game that resonated with a lot of us. The game they created was before HUT released master set players, new team of the season cards, new icons and icon upgrades, pack promos. Yes HUT was present back then, but it probably didn't generate the amount of money that it does now. Because of HUT now, they probably generated EVEN MORE money. Other game titles have connected franchise like Madden, and how the same company does not commit to making it in NHL is beyond me. They know how much we want it. Also how is there a world of chel outdoor mode and we can't get generic stadiums for a Winter Classic? Yeah Threes mode is fun but does EVERYONE play it? Is it really that fun over say, having the ALL STAR game in Franchise and BAP? Maybe make an all star game mode? In addition how about making a custom world juniors tournament with EA generated American and Russian skaters? Or have us just add in custom created players? Lastly, if EA doesnt have the resources or the money, why don't they just get rid of the in game soundtrack altogether? Lots of people have either turned it off or turned on the generic music after having listening to the songs multiple times. It's changes like these that are so simple. NHL 14 didn't require a lot of money to make, it just required a lot more effort, and it's pathetic to see how they resort to copying NHL 15 for the 6th straight year rather than just copy NHL 14 and it's game modes. Heck say all you want about HUT making them more money, but nowadays they don't even release good content on HUT to even warrant spending money on packs. No more flashback fridays, no more good master set players. Yeah there is TOTY but it's only for a week lmao. [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 07 Jan 2021 06:29 PM PST Up 5-0 on goals and the game disconnected and it looked like we were going to get a dnf. Looked at the game stats afterward and noticed that we lost 800CR. Check out the goals and the final score... It looks like the these guys are hackers... Is anyone else aware of this hack? [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 07 Jan 2021 07:38 PM PST Is it just me or is the new online tuner really, really bad? Noticed goalie rebound control has been tanked, as well as their positioning. Pretty much every back door pass I tried scored, as did my opponents'. Goalies are way too aggressive, coming completely out of the blue paint when teams drive mid range into the zone.
