    I wish EA would incorporate more into strategies like FIFA

    In FIFA you can control the strategy/aggressiveness/passiveness of your attack like NHL (defend lead, conservative, normal, aggressive, full attack) but you can also change the lineups and formations in FIFA in accordance to your strategy. For example change the strategy and put 3 defenders back in a full attack for FIFA. Move the wingers to striker position, move midfielders to a defensive position, etc.

    Now for NHL I wish you can change your lineup in accordance to your strategy. I understand how clunky it is already to change lineups and all, but it would be cool to maybe in a defensive position put two centers out there in the event there is a defensive zone draw with 30 secs left.

    Maybe if you change your strategy to aggressive, your PP units are different and you have 5 forwards on the PP to buy a goal or maybe double shift your star player. If you are trying to defend a lead, maybe bring on a d pair unit on the PP. empty net strategy have your first and second line forwards out there and rotating.

    It's stuff like this and the ability to change your lineups to fit the situation that need to be implemented for a more realistic game.

    Not to mention EA should have a realistic slider setting where cycling is the name of the game, defenders slide on the ice to block cross creases, goals are more common from point shot tip ins and screens, there are more shots on net, stuff like that.

    Why are there so many people who join up but don’t play?

    Just got this game last weekend seems like every second game in rivals is a team name like "jy5fge" or something and they are either there and try to score on their own net or disconnect after a few seconds. Just wondering what's up with this played NHL 20 and never seemed to encounter this. Thanks!

    poke check buff?

    did they adjust the sliders on poke check because this game has become unplayable for me at least in vs

    i feel like it wasn't bad in the beginning of the year and now i can't play a game without fantasizing about sticking someone's index finger in a meat grinder

    European players franchise mode

    Does anyone know why European players without contracts currently get automatic one year, two way contracts at league Min? Idk if it hurts their development, but if I sim through parts of the season, they're almost definitely scratches. In between work today I noted at least 29 players this is happening to (even more if you count CHL players).

    Any fixes?

    We desperately need this as an option, or a safe space to report blatant cheaters. With crossplay coming down the pipe likely for 22, this is something that needs to be added. We got glitched last night...basically we were pressing this team the whole third period, which is when the tomfoolery started. We scored to make it 5-4, with 2:47 left in the third. They immediately paused the game, the timer ran down, and when it came back they had the puck(no faceoff having taken place), and 2 minutes and 7 seconds just disappeared, leaving only 40 seconds left on the clock. We were pressing this team, and I mean pressing...
