I just don’t understand how EA has not put GM Connected back in the game…. Posted: 26 Jun 2021 11:32 AM PDT It just amazes me how they have ignored it all of these years since NHL 14. Every single time they tweet something A bunch of comments are always saying put GM connect it back in the game. They always say that there wasn't a big fan base for the mode when they had it in. It's clear though that a ton of the fan base wants the mode back in the game. Even streamers/YouTubers like the Nasher and Dontbesaad have always been clear on Twitter that they want it back in the game. I play Madden franchise with my friends and although yes that can be better and they are adding some new things in this year it's still awesome to have your own team and play against your friends. I couldn't imagine playing a seven game series against my buddies and have much fun that'd be. If GM connected it was back in the game I'm 100% sure they sell more copies. Even though it has nothing to do with micro transactions. They are still going to get their money from HUT, but just give us the mode that everybody has wanted for a long time. Next GEN technology should be able to handle all of the menus and everything. Not getting my hopes up but just praying this will be the year… [link] [comments] |
Posted: 26 Jun 2021 12:25 PM PDT For some reason my BAP keeps freezing. And it keeps freezing at one specific spot. Which is when my coach tells me to expect a tough match against our rivals on the day I play the Toronto Maple Leafs. After that conversation it keeps freezing and I can't do anything. It's on the day of the trade deadline too. I tried closing the game and my console. This is on PS4 btw. So what can I do to stop this freezing in my BAP? [link] [comments] |
Am I missing something in Be a Pro? Posted: 26 Jun 2021 12:00 AM PDT So I just finished my rookie season with 70 points, the most among any rookie that season. I sim the off-season and an nhl awards animation plays and it has the hype music and it shows my player and to the left of him is where I assume the text was supposed to go but there was no text there. I continue and I'm assuming I won the Calder, but I go to look at my milestones and it doesn't say anything about that and the podcast/announcer guy doesn't even speak despite him talking about the Calder the whole season. Did I win the Calder and if so did I just somehow miss a huge part of the mode or does it just do absolutely nothing? [link] [comments] |
Best game for offline/noncompetitive co-op play Posted: 25 Jun 2021 06:28 PM PDT For a quick background, NHL 14 for Xbox 360 was the only NHL game I've ever owned, and it was the only one I ever needed. I played Be a GM and Live the Life pretty much exclusively, and it was sort of a cornerstone of my college friend group. Unfortunately, my disc finally laserburned earlier this year, so I'm hurting for good NHL content. Recently, I have been blessed with a console upgrade, and I am looking to buy an NHL game (basically one of 19, 20, or 21). I want to choose the one that has the best/most immersive be a pro/live the life equivalent (preferably being able to start with a full season in the AHL and "earning" a high round draft pick, I loved that in 14). I'm a lot less picky about the GM modes, just as long as the multiplayer is good for me and the boys. Again, I will be playing absolutely zero online competitive play. Thanks all! [link] [comments] |
