Drop in goalies

Why are drop in goalies so bad? Literally have played over 25 games the past week with friends and we have encountered 1 good goalie. How are they all so bad/ don't take it seriously or try? Super frustrating.

A bit new to nhl

Hey I'm a bit new to nhl and had a question; why can't I play as players I get from packs or hut challenges? Like for instance, I got Willie O'Ree from challenges and a 80 Nick Schmaltz from a pack and it doesn't show them in my line up and it only says they're in my collection. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

False starts in shootout

It happens every 4 or 5 games to me at least once where when it's my turn to shoot I'll just skate past the puck and lose my shot. Not sure what if anything I'm doing wrong. Has anyone else seen this?

Audio/Sound on high end 5.1 system .

If I didn't have such a small living room , I'd run a 7.1 system. Anyways , last couple years I been finding the sound for the game isn't that great. When no one is home , I pump it up pretty loud and sit in the middle . Have a $500 Polk 12 sub, Yamaha receiver and matching JBl speakers . I've messed with the settings in the PS menu but doesn't really help . If I remember correctly , using headphones on my old ps3 sounded better playing g hockey . Any one else thing the audio is lacking ?
