Season mode bug

So I decided to make a season mode with different teams from different leagues just for fun. I controlled like 6 or 7 teams one from each league. Whenever i try to sim it freezes and won't stop spinning even when i cancel. The only way i know how to fix it is to close the game and restart it. And even then when i try again it does the same thing. Anyone know how to fix this?

Im new to this sub and I usually find these things on operationsports but i only see nhl20 info. Ive been playing on semi pro and sometimes have competitive games (be a pro) but usually i blow out the ai.

Can anyone share their settings for be a pro and or franchise mode? Prefer semipro or pro but whatever is after that (all pro?) Is fine as well.

1.) Cellying is ok, but if you do it after a lucky goal than fuck off.

2.) Skip the goddamn replays and animations, you can watch them after the game.

3.) If you miss a shootout shot or penalty shot, than press LT or L1 to show respect to the goalie

Im sick of people being the biggest assholes wether they know it or not.
