    New PS4 player...just played my first HUT game.....uh, what?

    I don't know if I'm missing something but I thought during the tutorial it said something about you working your way up playing against similar teams. I finish setting my lineup, with all of the random scrub international players and the handful of decent NHL guys. I did get a "10 day loan" of Patrick Roy as a goalie, so that was cool. Other than that, my best player was Tyler Seguin at Center.

    So my first game loads, and I see that I'm facing off against Wayne Gretzy. Nice! Then I see Mario Lemiux, Mark Messier, Patrick Laine, Peter Forsberg, guys from the Czech Republic with 97 overall rankings....you get the idea. Lost 7-1 and it should have been way worse if not for Roy. I had 4 total shots and held the puck for maybe 2 minutes.

    Is this what HUT is? Getting slaughtered until I finally unlock some decent players? Is it trying to strong-arm me into buying packs with real money? Kind of a bummer if so.

    Thinking of buying NHL20 but seeing terrible reviews

    Hi, I just got an Xbox and haven't had a console in almost a decade. The only thing I really like playing on consoles is hockey so I was going to get NHL20 but all I saw were terrible reviews. Should I get an older version of the game instead or some other hockey game? I want to order the game asap so I can start playing so please let me know if buying this game is a waste of money!

    Update: I have an Xbox 360 (its an old one my gf has had for years) so I just realized the newest NHL game I can get is "NHL 16 Legacy Edition", does anybody know if this is a good game?

    How do you body check properly on PS4?

    I've played NHL for the last few years on PS4. I always thought bodychecking would work by pressing the right analog stick up and timing it right. For me this works, but only when the player I'm going to Bodycheck comes from the right direction which is from in front.

    However recently I played a ton of opponents in versus who are able to bodycheck me from all sides. I even get Bodychecks from behind after playing him out. I myself am not able to do so. Everytime I try to do so it doesn't work, often getting a goal afterwards because the D-Man isn't in place anymore.

    What's the Secret? I'm really getting tired of it.

    Tee it up achievement

    Im trying to unlock the Tee it up achievement but no matter what I do it wont unlock. I have scored multiple manual one timers in both 3's and regular games, with the green text that even says "one-timer goal" after the fact. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it?

    In WOC, does anybody know the name of the song that's played as the intro to Pro-Am? It's kinda piano-ish, idk, but it really gets me fired up for a fairly lame game mode.

    Here's a good one from my brother's Squad Battle game on semi-pro difficulty. Allowed 3 goals on the first 3 shots before saving the next 6. Scored one goal on 46 shots. Glitch dekes, cross-creases, you name it, nothing would go.
