| Can you “burn players out” in Franchise Mode? Posted: 25 May 2020 04:31 PM PDT I'm currently running a Franchise Mode with the Vancouver Canucks, I'm in the 2030-31 season and somehow Quinn Hughes is top 10 all-time in points for defensemen, putting up a few 100 point seasons in the process. If I were to play him on both powerplay units in hopes to increase his total amount of points per season, would that affect him/his overall or potential somehow? I believe he's 31 years old and I'm trying to get him to finish top 3 in all-time dman scoring. Personally I'm not sure if it would affect him, since I doubt EA worked the energy system into their sim engine, and even then, I don't know if a player absolutely draining all of their energy every game would affect them overall/potential-wise. Any answers/advice/experience would be much appreciated :) [link] [comments] |
