    So I bought an Xbox when quarantine started goin into effect just as something to pass the time/cure boredom a bit.

    I am struggling to comprehend how EA can make a game I love, so unenjoyable to play... I know I'm behind the ball in skill, and have no problem getting my shit kicked in but this game is unbelievable at times. Do they not have a single hockey player on their staff???! The AI is so bad at times you couldn't even use it as an example of what NOT to do :(

    Not a gamer so I expect to lose a lot. I just don't expect my strong side Dmen to hightail it away from rebounds damn near every time there's a loose puck in front.

    Also I can't remember the last time I saw an NHL player burn both tires from a poke check... (I get it game has to set boundaries and/or limits for penalties) but shit just make L1 = 2 mins and save some time.

    Might get ripped apart for this but just a new player's (long time hockey fan) perspective.

    What is with the previous jerseys (non adidas) being wrinkly looking?

    Whenever I play a Reebok or CCM jersey thinking "oh great let's bring back a classic," it ends up looking half decent because apparently only adidas can be crisp. So what's up with that, EA?

    Why do I feel like none of my checking abilities actually work?

    Whenever I try to hit someone off the puck, they just shrug it off. Whenever I sticklift, even if I'm in perfect position, it never connects. Whenever I try to pokecheck, my guy just pokes thin air.

    If any of those things are done to me, my guy loses the puck instantly. I can literally be tapped on the shoulder and I'll lose the puck. For reference, I'm 90-24-5, so it's not like I'm fucking terrible at this game. I just literally can never get a decent check.

    I'm new to NHL and wonder if anyone know what setting i need to change to solve my problem

    So basically what i've noticed is that when I'm playing, i dont really notice a hugh diffrence in speed with someone that has 90 speed vs someone with 85 speed for example. They feel just as fast when I'm playing. Same with acceleration. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this?

    Why is competitive rating always wrong?

    When I play Online Versus, regardless of whether I win or lose, it just won't show the correct updated rating. For example, if my competitive rating is 550 and I get a +7 from a win, it will just show some random number like 535. This happens almost every time. Does anyone know why? Does it happen to anybody else?

    What's the deal? I quit two games earlier due to trolls on my team and either I lost no CR or I only lost like 5. This is Ps4 and both were in second period. Do you lose less CR if you close app or did something glitch?
