    EA needs to tell players the reason for bans

    I am on my 3rd ban in 3 weeks. The email says player skater name. My banned names thus far are Ron Jeremy Jr. 3 days, Rodney Farva 7 days and now Bob Pinciotti banned for 2 weeks. Each time I have written to EA Support. It takes about 2 weeks for a reply so the bans were done, they followed up by saying that they hold their decision to ban me but due to the nature of the ban cannot tell me what name caused the ban? Each one apparently more offensive then the next? The emails say skater name but they won't tell me which, I have never made a goalie and checked the name on him and it was Joe NHL. I'm happy they are addressing the racist name issue but I've never had one and am being banned every time my ban is up and have no idea why or how to change it to stop...

    I'm not even complaining at this point, I'm seriously just trying to figure out how to stop it happening

    I get people down vote, at least look at this from a perspective that I am not someone who uses racist names, I have 0 track record of bans and have been on this game since before it was online. I am not trying to say my "enter offensive name here" should or shouldn't be banned. I am simply saying that EA needs to look at how it deals with its bans and how it communicates these to the offender. I am all for bans but one needs to know what the reason and the content that caused it to prevent cases like mine where even when I change everything mentioned in the ban email I still keep getting banned and for reason that do not come across as breaking the Terms of Service

    I'm getting into the NHL games for the first time. I plan to get 2021 but, want to practice first. Should I get 19 or 20?

    Basically like the Title says, I want to play in the mean time just to get an idea how it is. I can get NHL 20 for $30, or I can probably find 19 for even less.

    Which would you recommend?

    Brand new to franchise, is there a tutorial?

    I wanna do a franchise mode like TaxTixHD, but I've never played this mode cause this is my first NHL game. Is there a video tutorial or maybe u guys could give me the rundown?
