| AI Teams Empty Net and Timeout logic Posted: 06 Oct 2020 11:10 AM PDT Anybody wish the AI would call a timeout when they are down a goal towards the late stages of the game to draw a play or something? Normally with a minute or two left down a goal, teams calls timeout to regroup with the goalie pulled. However the AI doesnt do that, and instead puts out 3rd, 4th liners instead of all the big guns. Also the logic of pulling the goalie and not applying a lot of pressure on the forecheck/hustling for the puck is what makes the game lacking in terms of in game strategy and realism. | Posted: 06 Oct 2020 10:20 AM PDT Hi all, Just curious if it's possible to create an expansion team in NHL 20 and encounter them in Be A Pro career mode. Am I able to create an expansion team outside of "franchise" mode so they just exist in my files when I go to create a new Be A Pro career? I don't want to play on that team, i just want to create a whatever version of Seattle Kraken. It bugs me to go multiple years into a career mode knowing the whole league would have an new team by next year, but in BAP the team will never exist unless we make it somehow I am guessing. | Posted: 06 Oct 2020 08:12 AM PDT While I am aware that most people do not care the slightest, what is up with that "Greatness" trophy? The trophy is "Break the NHL® record for points in a career in Be a Pro." which I'm guessing is the Gretzky record of 2,857 points. That is just stupid, you're just forced to play on rookie to catch up to the age where Gretzky was shooting on off-duty bus drivers, even averaging 5 points a game that is almost 600 games (~7 full seasons).
