- I gave up 4 cross crease goals in HUT where I'm right on top of the shooter. Somebody save my sanity, how TF do you stop it?! I stand in-between the pass to pick it off and it goes right through my stickblade.

| Posted: 20 Oct 2020 08:48 AM PDT Can we talk about how the "advanced AI" are once again, completely incompetent in BAP. As a RW I can't tell you how many times I've had an easy break out up the boards...nobody anywhere near me...and the AI defenseman skates it back behind the net back into trouble. Never fails. Usually from the right corner, into the left into double coverage and board pinned, and a turn over. And once again, completely inept in the offensive zone. Always make the bad pass and never the safe one, again they often skate it right into a turnover. But the defensive AI on the other team borderlines on spam. Same crap poke spam with no recourse, often stealing the puck while their stick clips through your legs without tripping you. Pokes from behind still result in them having the puck zip backwards. | Offsides and penalties are too punitive in BAP. Posted: 20 Oct 2020 07:25 AM PDT -7% for team play, are you shitting me? The penalties I can somewhat understand, but even the best player is going to get a few minors every year. They should scale this back to -3% or something and add more if you get multiple per game or have a terrible Team Play rating. Offsides kills me though. Sorry your "advanced AI" passed the puck right at the blue line like a mini mite. It's also...not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of most games? [link] [comments] |

I have no idea about what players are injured in my team, they just drop out of the line up. I get no trade indications whatsoever, I was wondering that why Zibanejad and Kreider had not played for a while, and I checked other teams rosters and he was traded to the Leafs?! And what did we get in return, I have no freaking idea as there was no new players in our lineup. So we got rid of 2 of our top 6 forwards and got nothing relevant?? | Add character builds to create a player and editing player. Posted: 19 Oct 2020 11:11 PM PDT Good lord is it frustrating how every single created player is 50 overall with the same stats. Create a small list to pick from when making characters, sniper, power forward, and so on. If you cared abkht it uou could have 3 easy filters within that, 60 overall, 75 overall, 90 overall. That would make creating players so much faster, even with the clunky slow menus [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 20 Oct 2020 11:07 AM PDT After trying the NHL 21 Trial and being pretty underwhelmed, I decided to update my NHL 20 Rosters instead. I used the Sporting News FA tracker because it lists each player's previous team and I used the TSN trade tracker to do the trades. For the major FA's (ie: Pietrangelo) I changed their contracts to match the length/$ amount for what they signed for and then for the major players on my team for Franchise (Matthews, Marner, etc.) I edited their contracts to reduce them by one year so I can have a more accurate FA experience down the line.
