    I pretty much only play online versus as the Blackhawks, and from time to time i see ratings change but not the roster. Literally half the players on the Hawks lineup or scratched or no longer on the team, and I was wonderin if anybody knows how often or if they even update the rosters to reflect trades, releases etc. Just curious thanks

    My biggest complaints for this years version of the game (not a rant really just honest critique)

    I think the player switching is kinda horrendous, passes sometimes just go wherever not where you aim them, goalies are literally awful. Goalies don't seem to even be decent until like 90 rating, my team has the most goals for this season so far in about 30 games, we've conceded 149, scored 112. Theres games we clearly should've won but my goaltender was just standing still letting pucks go in. Several games where I've defended my ass off and given up 6-7 goals. Would also really like to see random job offers every offseason in franchise mode, also, let us play franchise mode in other leagues besides the AHL and nhl

    In general, what is considered a “good” competitive rate in Online Versus?

    Have been playing EA NHL games for almost a decade now, and I never know what to base the competitive ratings off of. What draws the line between somebody who has a good score and a bad one, or at least, how do you guys view it? I've always found it very confusing.

    Got NHL 21 on Gamepass - some questions + Pokechecks

    Offline - the game plays really fast on default settings.

    Online Versus - the game plays so rigid online. It seems the controls are unresponsive and the gameplay is a little slower. I went back to NHL 20 and it felt much more smoother online than 21.

    So it's like it doesnt know what kind of game it wants to be. One mode plays too fast and the other too slow.

    Pokecheck - I use to be pokecheck king pre NHL 20 but I liked how NHL 20 made you pay for pokechecking so I changed my game to hit more.

    But now in 21 it seems they brought pokechecks back with a vengeance. I played some online games and against players who just pokechecked the entire game. I could not control the puck at any time. Felt like cheese.

    I thought about trying to change my game back to pre nhl20 but even those games I never got away with so much pokechecking. I liked how by penalizing you for pokechecking too much in NHL20 they forced you to learn how to play the game differently. But now it's just ridiculous.

    Bought it specifically for the "upgraded" Pro mode. Made a grinder C, tanked the Memorial Cup, somehow managed to get drafted 1st OA by NYR.

    Is it just me, or are breakouts from the d-zone - especially by any D - absolutely painful? They always turn back even with support, and get pinned like 8/10 times. Or is it just a NYR thing?

    EA please update AHL rosters as well as NHL

    Ik that AHL players have to sign agreements or papers or something that allows EA to put them in the game. However it's already April, and I understand this season has been unusual with some AHL teams opting out, but all I ask is for the recent NCAA players to be put into the game.

    I've made custom players for Boldy, Caulfield, Bernard Docker, Pinto, but I hope that with the last update they are put into the game cause the trade deadline update is the last roster update I believe until the next rendition of the game.

    I especially want to see Cam York cause he recently joined the Phantoms...

    Please EA don't be scummy...
