    Sorry, I know there were literally hundreds of posts like this, but I still can't believe it. Prior to it, Be a Pro was a mode I liked to play for 1-2 years in game every year. They were very lazy and empty, but you could always *imagine* things. As I had my NHL 20 career I did not play NHL 21 career up until Yesterday...

    ...it has been horrible experience.

    I usually enjoy 'from 0 to hero' story in sports games, and I always play NHL on Superstar difficulty, so I chose one of the worst teams in CHL to build up my rank. I was very surprised to be drafted ~35 after having 0 goals and 1 assist in 2 games, but okay, Ducks it is. Leave for a moment how stupid draft ranking is after 2(!!!) matches, but leave it be.

    Then I tried 'what would happen if I sim these 2 matches'? My team lost them and I was drafted.... 1st overall. Unbelievable. But it is not even the worst part of my experience.

    I started my final, third career. Again, superstar but this time I found out how can I be drafted as late as possible - you need to initiate a fight in CHL, be ejected (you can't fight in European leagues - I am amazed that they know it and that they eject you) and that is all - my draft rating was 160. Seems kinda fair. But my player asking 'oh that is too bad, can I still be 1st overall???' after we lost in the tournament was kinda funny.

    Ducks again but hey, maybe that's my destiny (I'm Sharks fan IRL). Once in my pre-seasons games, I am having one 30 seconds shifts in a match - tough life for so late pick, I am fine with it. My GM asks me for a talk - you need to play better if you want to be in a team! Well, kinda hard having one shift. I need to make a promise of either scoring 2 goals or having A in teamplay.... in a match I did not play AT ALL. And I mean at all. And now my GM is shouting at me for not meeting a target, when I literally didn't even play one single shift.

    Shit shit shit. This game is terrible. If they really want to force you on one story (e.g. being star from the beginning), at least give us proper career more like 2k...

    Franchise mode chemistry makes no sense…

    Here's a quick example of why player chemistry needs a revamp. I have 2 defensemen that play on the first line and have a +3 overall which is great! I move the exact 2 players down to the 2nd line of defense and they drop to a -2 overall… this makes no sense at all they're the same exact players same positions just moving down a defensive line. It's frustrating and needs to be fixed. Just want to know if anyone else has ran into a similar problem.

    Why hasn’t EA said anything bout NHL?

    It's confusing. When's the last time EA went into almost August without even saying a word about the game, no leaks or nothing. Do they just not care? Or working on something. I assume nobody knows but no ones really talking about this.

    You guys remember the transition from Ps3/Xbox 360 to Ps4/Xbox One, it wasn't pretty and with lacking info about the next game I think it's goin to be a straight copy-paste title. It's never a good thing being the last in line to announce something
