- I’m in year 20 of franchise mode, and it’s gotten stale. Does NHL21 have any stats at the end of the mode, or does it still just say “Mode Complete” at the end? Just wondering if I should even finish at this point

Posted: 24 Jul 2021 09:09 AM PDT I've been playing NHL since 96, and have bought it every year since 2009, but this year I didn't buy it. I got 1 month of EA Play and figured I'd check it out but my god the soundtrack is horrible. It just keeps getting worse and worse each year. It's almost like they made it that bad on purpose lol. I wish they had a way to integrate Spotify or something without just muting the game and playing it on the app. I remember on NHL 10 or something when I had put some downloaded songs onto my PS3 and they could integrate my songs into the game I thought it was the best. Shame they took it out of 21. I really dislike the notion that not enough people play it to justify having it in the game. [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 24 Jul 2021 12:36 PM PDT I wonder if there will be any news on Drafted prospects from 2021(or earlier) coming to NHL 22? If I recall there had been a deal done over a year ago to allow the use of NCAA player names in video games. I wonder if there is any chance we will see all the major 1st/2nd rounds from this years draft in the game right away. Or will it be the usual we need to wait until they have played X amount of NHL games. This should really be a major focus for the dev teams since more and more US players are getting drafted high up. I don't care how in depth and amazing Franchise Mode is if half the teams are worse off from the start since they are missing major 1st round prospects, the teams need to be realistic. Or at the very least ALLOW SHARED ROSTERS, so that the dedicated franchise mode players can share their created player rosters to fix and share the problems on behalf of EA. [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 24 Jul 2021 07:57 AM PDT I made my 2nd franchise and chose to use the Sens I had no idea the Sens were an original nhl team. They have a 1918-19 uniform does a few teams have this I have not noticed and I know most teams uniforms [link] [comments] |
