| How do you all like to get good players 85 and up overalls? Posted: 21 Oct 2019 10:55 AM PDT So I have been having a ton of trouble getting good players. I have pulled tons of the regular premium pack (I think that is the one 7500 coins), and I have pulled a few of the special event packs every once in a while but I have yet to get really good players. My best pull was an 84 overall Jamie Benn. I have also only gotten one specialty card (I dont remember what his name is or which type of card but he is a goalie and an 80 overall for me). So does anyone have any tips for getting good players? I have tried auction but they are always priced at crazy high prices and I feel like I should just try pulling packs. [link] [comments] |

This happened when choosing a preset (happened with any team's horn) and also happened in game when I scored a goal. I hear a pop sound and the volume completely cuts out for 10-15 seconds. | Same problems for me every year. Any advice? Posted: 20 Oct 2019 07:35 PM PDT I'm a longtime player, but I haven't played NHL for a few years. I play franchise mode. I recently bought 20, and I'm having the same issues I have in every iteration of the game. I recently had a 15 or so game win streak on Pro, so I jumped up to All-Star. I won my first three, then the wheels fell off. I can't get a shot off, can't stop one guy from streaking to the far post for a goal, my goalie gets burned on straight-on shots. I've started defending with a winger and cutting off the point, which helps somewhat, but my AI still gets beat and takes penalties. I recently had a game where I outshot the opposition 27-13, and I lost 4 or 5 to 1. I switched back to Pro and won my next game 6-1. I know most of you play on Superstar, but every single year, I get stuck between Pro and All-Star and get so frustrated that I quit playing. Does anyone have any tips for All-Star? I need to work on getting shots off, shooting accuracy, passes (they all get picked off on All-Star). I'm not sure what to do about a shitty goalie who can't stop straight-on shots. Regardless, I'm getting frustrated and am about ready to give the game up again, as this happens to me every single time I buy it. Thanks, all. [link] [comments] |

I havent ever really tried franchise modes in the past I usually slummed it in be a pro more. I've heard it's still awful lol, can it be fixed with sliders this year at all?? They defeated the Anaheim Ducks in 7 games, and finished with a 16-9 record. PATH TO THE CUP: Bruins in 6 - Sabres in 6 - Caps in 6 - Ducks in 7 FINAL GAME: Game 7 was exciting, with a final score of 3-2. Marner netted the game winner for the Leafs! PLAYER STATS: Tavares led the playoffs in scoring with 14 goals and 12 assists. GOALIE STATS: Andersen finished the playoffs with 16 wins, a .908 SV%, and a 2.67 GAA. RANDOM STAT: Despite being eliminated in the second round, Draisaitl had 18 points in just 12 games. That total ties him for 6th in playoff scoring, even though he played half as many games as the players above him. I have been kicked in the middle of serving a penalty and kicked for taking 2 penalties all game in a 4-2 leading game. [link] [comments] |
