    Is the goalie getting rattled and needing to be subbed out an actual game mechanic?

    Last night in a versus game I got matched with a guy 625ish CR score compared to my paltry 460 (thanks EA). He scored 3 goals on me within 5 in-game minutes and it was clear he was going to absolutely slaughter me. After the 3rd goal, the commentator said something about the goalie being rattled and how he should be replaced. I decided to do it just to see what would happen. Well, my backup goalie proceeded to play absolutely LIGHTS OUT. Had something like 35 saves, a lot of them on very good shots, and I even ended up tying the game at 3-3 before losing in OT.

    Was this just pure luck or is this an actual mechanic?

    How do I unlock stuff for my arena for EASHL? I see it says it must but unlocked through progression but every club bag I get doesn’t have any arena stuff.

    How does it play?

    I'm not sure why, but as of late I cannot for the life of me score on all star. Also, the CPU scores at will on me.

    I dont love tinkering with a ton of sliders just to even the odds, so I'm debating playing on pro with a sim preset...but naturally it hurts my ego since the last time I played on pro was when I was in high school lol

    I'm a PhD student at the University of Toronto studying the psychology of gamers. I'm recruiting participants for a project on the emotions people feel while playing their favorite games, both good and bad. If you're a gamer over the age of 16, you are eligible to participate in this study!     Be a pro

    What I hate about Be A Pro in this game is it's basically impossible not to go first overall. I've made a lot of be a pro files, maxed out the save files and had to delete every single one just to max it out again, and every single time, I got 1st overall, early 20 picks, and most picks between 2-7 round. I would like it if they made it so you could be drafted 2, 3, or even 4th overall. It's a small detail, but it would make the game much more fun for me.

    Has EA said anything about the awful servers in EASHL the past few weeks? The games almost unplayable right now. 1 out of every 3 club games the entire team is lagging.
