    So I'm guessing this is a pointless endeavor? 5 consecutive games we're leading 3-0 5-0 what have you. Third period starts? The losing team takes a shot from anywhere and it either goes in or leaves a bs rebound that is quickly followed up? What's the point of letting people play goalie if the game is going to even out the scoring regardless? Zero integrity in this franchise rant over

    I fired my whole coaching staff after they did so bad and it's in free agency and I could just remember from nhl 20 there was just a button to search for new staff but that isn't here in nhl 21 and yes I am in owner mode

    Be a Pro Trade

    How often does the option to ask for a trade appear? I recently asked for a trade from the Rangers and was dealt to the Canucks. I'm trying to get traded again. When will I be able to ask? The option to speak with the GM is grayed out (idk how to explain it, but it's not lit up and I can't click on it).

    A better be a pro

    I don't know if it's just me but I feel like be a pro is just terrible. They say they've improved it but it's still so bad. With that said, I decided to start a new way to play be a pro.

    The way I do it is that I actually play franchise mode but with my own created player. So I create my player, give him the overall and potential I want, assign him to the team I want. Then when I start my franchise mode, I chose the team he's on. At that moment, pretty much everything is fixed.

    -I choose my own lineup and where I want to play. -No more dumb AI decisions because I control the whole team in gameplay. -I can play in the AHL if I want. -I get to see the stats and lineups across the league.

    The unfortunate thing is if I trade my player, I can't play with him anymore. Of course, it takes a bit more management but I feel like I have a much better control over my team and my player.

    Multiplayer co-op

    Is it possible to play franchise mode with a friend online? We created characters and added them to a roster so we could play together but im not sure how we might accomplish this. If we can't play franchise mode together, what modes are available for friends on different xbox's (or consoles) that want to play as teammates.
