How come getting stuck on guys still exist? Posted: 24 Jan 2020 07:40 AM PST Jesus Christ this is annoying. Why can't your guy just hop out of the way, shit, I would be happy if they collided and fell over. But I'm sick of trying to skate to defend someone and getting stuck on my own compy and turning my feet in place rather than being able to get around them. Is it just me? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 24 Jan 2020 06:50 AM PST My player had 300 points in his draft year and was taken late in the first round. How is this possible? At first I thought it was based on my overall, but that was 80 so it would have been top 3. Do penalties and ejections negatively effect it? [link] [comments] |
BAP - Right handed Sniper - Should I play LW or RW? Starting age 17 CHL Posted: 24 Jan 2020 07:11 AM PST Looking to make an Ovi, Laine, Kovy type Sniper. I am used to playing RW but I know LW is a better angle for shooting. Those snipers above played all wings but Laine and Pasternak are RW who play LW on PP. Since I can't get that set up I'm wondering if should just stay on that side. Going back and forth in my head. I can probably score just as well as a RW right? Maybe even make him a PWF to temper expectations but develop speed and shot with higher hitting traits. Also keep in mind that starting at 17 all my ratings are low, when I try playing LW I can barely keep the puck on my stick as a righty and always shoot wide. Don't come with the "what's the point it just says BAP complete after 25 years" I'm just having fun with it during my free time. Just wanna snipe [link] [comments] |

Posted: 23 Jan 2020 04:39 PM PST PS4 user. I'm pretty new to online. About 40 games in. Would you guys mind giving me some pointers? Specifically on how to play D. I know a lot of it is anticipation, but I cannot for the life of me figure how to keep someone from flat out skating around me short of taking a penalty. Players skate circles around me in all over the ice. In the offensive zone, I am unable to keep them from gaining the ice between the FO circles. That alone is a death sentence, and I can't figure out how to defend it. I know they probably have more experience than me, but whenI have the puck, I get squeezed off or collapsed on and turn it over with ease. I'm missing a skill obviously, but I don't know what it is or how to practice it. Are there some CPU slider settings adjustments that everyone expect me knows about? Specific YouTube vids that reveal this info? Thanks. [link] [comments] |

Getting destroyed after update Posted: 23 Jan 2020 02:29 PM PST I first started playing in an environment with no internet, so I was playing the game as it was released. I was doing pretty well with franchise mode, winning most games on pro. A couple of weeks later, I get my ps4 back into civilization and get it updated. Suddenly I am getting slaughtered on pro. After getting extremely frustrated with the amount of penalties I'm taking, shots I'm allowing, and time I'm hemmed in my own zone, I turn it to semi-pro. Now I'm winning 20 - 3. How is it possible that there's no middle ground? I know, I'm shit at the game and I should be able to compete at superstar. I swear, with NHL15, I could. My question is what happened with the update? Tl;dr: Was winning before update, now losing after update. What is going on? [link] [comments] |
