    I've spent too many hours to count and made 200+ custom players to make unique alumni rosters for each team, and now when I'm 2/3 done it's all gone. I'm on the same custom roster but all lineups are reverted and all the players are gone! I'm actually ready to throw hands at EA

    Suggestion: Positive Feedback instead of Report System

    No report function has been a complaint forever (I myself have posted here about it while enraged.. and then deleted the post because it was drivel). I can understand why EA's NHL team don't want to implement it. They A) don't want the headache, B) don't want people to abuse it, C) don't want to hire extra staff to deal with complaints/bans, D) don't want to further alienate an already thin playerbase, etc. etc. etc.

    Now, obviously there are ways to implement a report system that would auto-ban people for a short time if they get too many complaints.. but people would get SO salty about this if they were getting falsely charged. Which would definitely happen because EASHL drop ins is a cesspit a lot of the time.

    So, moving on, the idea that crossed my mind is use something similar to Overwatch. There's a system in place there by which players are rewarded (with lootboxes) for keeping up their "Endorsement Level". The idea is simple, reward players for being good sports rather than punish people for being assholes. After a match you can endorse people for the following;

    • Shot Caller - took charge of the game and was having a huge impact
    • Good Teammate - helpful, effective, generally playing a sound game
    • Sportsmanship - maybe not the best player, but tried their best and didn't throw.. this option is also available in Overwatch to be given to players on the opposing team which I think is nice.

    Would this work? I don't know.. does Overwatch's system have a net positive effect? I don't know.. but I'm hoping this might stir some conversation about alternatives to just the same ol', same ol' on repeat about there being no report system.

    If players continually received endorsements for being decent human beings they could..

    • Simply get more bags (although personally I don't care about this)
    • Receive a little icon by their username in the dressing room denoting their good sportsmanship
    • The person with the highest endorsement rating would wear the "C" during the game and maybe even get to select the jersey?

    Can you pick WHO fights?

    When I'm playing and I pick a fight, it always selects my fighter at random, is there a way I can pick WHO my fighter is? Thanks in advance! EDIT: I'm picking fights off faceoffs.

    Hey everyone. I just picked up the game after taking a few years off of playing. I started out on all star, and it didn't not go well. I just moved it down to pro and am scoring about 5 goals a game. Is there an in between, or sliders to make all Star more playable?

    Offline Franchise Controls Question

    This is a weird question that is hard to describe:

    I'm about 60 or so games into an offline franchise and I've noticed a weird thing happening with my controls. Some games they feel "smooth"- I skate well, can aim shots well, connect on all of my hits. Other games, I can't skate with any sort of agility, my passes are super inaccurate, and I miss hits and shots. This isn't an issue with the controller itself as I've had it happen with multiple controllers. Has anyone else had this issue and any idea how to fix? Thanks in advance

    i always my my hometown jr. b team abs add them in the central with the full roster of created players so all divisions are even, but in NHL20 they no longer let you just add a team in without a catch, if i wanna just add them in it adds them without the roster.... if i want the roster on the team i have to sub them out... i'm about done this year

    Sure does suck to get misgendered in NHL19

    So, I haven't played NHL20 yet, but I've just discovered NHL19's World of CHEL mode and I was thrilled to find I could play as a girl! I modeled my lady skater, and after fishing around with gear options I popped into the Pro-Am mode to score some quick goals on some computer players.

    But, I was disappointed to hear the announcer keep referring to my character as "boy," "sir," "man" etc... not to mention almost all of the voice lines in player audio are spoken by male voice actors! I barely had any choices to have my lady sound like a girl.

    EA, if you're gonna put girls in the game, then expect some people to make that choice! Is this still an issue in NHL20?

    I'm playing my franchise mode and I now have 3 straight years of missing the playoffs with a 90+ point season. I don't know why the other teams in the conference have insane seasons. Like the top 3+ spots have 100 points
