    I told EA Sports I wanted to be the play-by-play announcer for their world championship. They said, "Send us a video!" So I did - this is the result.

    Inspired by u/213Bishop’s post, here so my take on how to make Franchise Mode better in NHL21(although none of it will probably better)

    1. Training

    Let us train our players similarly to Fifa where you can practice different drills with player in order to make him better

    1. Special abilities

    Similarly to Fifa and BAP, assign star players different special abilities like "great hitter, skater, sniper...)

    1. Starting Teams

    Let us give Franchise more meaning and start our career in European leagues or lower leagues(CHL, ECHL). Yes I know it's unrealistic to make it to NHL GM from those leagues but it would freshen the mode a lot.

    1. Free agents and trades from European leagues

    Let us sign players directly from European leagues and not just throw them all to FA. Also add the option to send junior players to their European teams on a loan as in real life.

    1. ECHL

    Add the option to send players from AHL to ECHL so that the scratches AHLers won't sit the whole season. Maybe let us manage ECHL teams same as AHL teams

    1. World Championships

    Add the option of Worlds. Call it EA Championships if you don't want to spend money on licensing. Let countries ask for your player to go if your team is eliminated from playoff

    Similarly to FiFa let us become a GM of a Country on Worlds and play the games

    1. Make the EU leagues more competitive by making players not suck and have 60 OA when they can't even hit the net, it makes the playability of those leagues worthless

    I also have some minors thoughts like making custom team mask and improve jersey logos customisations but I guess that's for other discussion

    Hey so I've always played against the computer until this year in nhl video games. But always with full aim assist. When nhl 20 came out I played EASHL and my passing is just inaccurate almost every single time I pass. Nonstop icing. How do I improve my overall aim in general now?

    An Eastern conference so good in my second season as GM..

    Had the craziest end to a season tonight. The top 5 teams in the Atlantic all finished with 100+ pts. The top 3 teams in the Metropolitan finished with 99,100, and 103 respectively. It blew my mind that so many teams would be so good in the sim. Anyways, lost in the second round of the playoffs 🤷 Anyone else experience something like this?

    After many many many days/weeks/months subscribing to this sub I keep seeing a lot of the similar themes...

    Mainly ideas on how to fix this (game mode)

    Let's just cut the shit here... the publisher ain't going to fix the problems of this game.

    They do not care. They will never care. You and we'll myself until recently, have continued to Shell out money for this game that has enough bells and whistles to dupe us into buying it again.

    What really sucks is, I love hockey and I fondly remember when this franchise did not suck.

    So either you're going to accept the fact that it's a mediocre at best game and stop with this "here is how to fix this, but we know they won't" or just keep posting things to show how broken the game is for laughs.

    Or you'll also stop buying this game, and then look into what it takes to make your own game and then implement all the great things you want to see in this game.

    Ok rant over. I do have to apologise though because I'm not mad at any of you. But you're being abused by a shit game publisher and we just keep accepting it.

    How do I wear Casual Clothes?

    Curious how to actually wear the casual clothes in game modes like "Threes Eliminator" and stuff like that.

    Who's the referee they always mention?

    I play Be A Pro as the Canucks and whenever I fight they mention what sounds like "referee Shil Lavec" coming to break things up. I tried searching online to find that guy and couldn't. I'm curious what name they are saying. Any help?

    I keep trying to request a trade but everytime I do it tell me I'm not where I need to be yet to demand a trade. Is there a overall I need to reach or is it after a number of game?

    Power play question

    It says im on the first line for power plays yet I always start at 1:08 remaining. I haven't seen 2:00 since I was promoted to first D- pair. So I won't see more PP time unless I get demoted?
