    I dont consider myself bad at all, and i know my guy is just a 72, but i still feel like theres just a lot of fuckery going on. Almost at times feels scripted.

    Too often when i have full energy despite me being faster than the opposing team based on checking their abilities prior, they ALWAYS are on top of me and are able to strip it, but if the roles were switched i wouldnt even attempt to poke it for fear of getting sent to the box.

    Then when im tryinf to set up a play to a teammate my guy just randomly loses the puck. I understand hes a rookie but dudes in the NHL have been playibg hockey for years at that point. He really cant keep control of the puck?

    My other issue isnt even based on me as much as i base it on gameplay, a lot of times when it could be a two on one scenario my AI teammate insists on turning around and running backwards. Can someone explain that? It makes sense if there needs to be a linechange but it happens almost always when theres a chance for an odd man rush.

    How do you get a team to sim/play well in season mode? There are no head coaches, chemistries, or anything like that on the sides to look at or mess with. I don't know what to look for in players whether it's OVRs, types, potentials, and where I should ply certain players. The simulations are very weird. For instance, Vegas is a last place team despite their great roster, but Florida is on of the best with a with low 80 ovrs on each of their top 3 lines after trading Huberdeau, Barlow, and any other good players. They instead have guys like Burakovsky, Palmieri, Pageau, Connolly, and Gusev. I have no idea what to look for...

    Tips/how to improve as a completely new player

    I got NHL 21 today because it was on sale and I've been looking for a new sports game to switch it up. Clearly the learning curve for this game is pretty steep having never played a single NHL game before so does anyone have any tips of suggestions on how I can learn the game
