    Does anyone else see the inability to get new players due to the extreme learning curve to this game? I know the tutorials say the stick handling is like memorizing button combos but getting the actual actions to work is, to put it lightly, daunting. I assume SBMM isn't a thing because every CHEL game I've played results in my own teammates telling me I'm garbage. I love hockey but this makes it very hard to want to play when I'm getting trounced on semi-pro against the cpu.

    Crossplay and excluding 2s from Club search can't come soon enough

    Our club wants to play against humans so we refuse to play 2s as a matter of principle. Apparently the game tries to match you as close to your team size as possible even with relaxed but we get matched with 2s way too often. I'd much rather have the ability to exclude them and just wait until we get a 3+ game rather than constantly backing out. Just allow the team captain to select the amount of players to search for. I'd be such a great quality of life thing but I'm not exactly holding out hope.

    Cossplay is pretty self-explanatory. The game feels pretty dead when we play most of the time.

    As an aside, would also be nice if teams didn't hunt for a good connection and back out if they didn't get it to compound the problem.

    Is it any different than NHL 20? Because my god, this fighting mechanic is the worst thing in this pile of shit game. Just right stick up over and over until you lose is the only way I've found to actually get through the fights, I remember when they were fun

    Cheater alert: we were winning 6-1 and they left, we ended up losing CR. Anyone know how they did this? You can see it says 0-3 on one screen then the real score on the next.

    Is NHL 21 worth it on sale.

    Hi guys. Im a new fan to the nhl series. I have only played nhl 14 and nhl 20, and I prefer 14. Nhl 21 is currently on sale for 24 dollars and i was planning on buying it but i have some questions. My favorite game mode in nhl 14 is live the life. I like to be an defensive enforcer. The only things i do are body check people, and fight. Is NHL 21 career mode good for this style of play?

    Online Versus DISC Loss after opponent quits

    This has happened a few times now where I'm winning the game and the other player disconnects. I don't get the usual rage quit DNF Win screen, it just says that I disconnected and it boots me to the main menu. My internet is pretty stable so it's not my connection dropping. Is this a know exploit people are using to get DNF Wins when they are the ones rage quitting? Pretty enraging when you are dominating someone and get the L for it... Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I have reported the players to EA.
